So I'm back on weight watchers again. BOOOOOOOO! I hate dieting. And exercising. But shorts and bathing suit season is right around the corner so it must be done.
Jason is now officially a superindent. He is really enjoying the different work. Plus the bigger pay isn't bad!
Guess I should also update from my last post...Jay is still working for the company that he was only supposed to be at for 2 weeks. He is happy with the company. He had an interview with a vice something or other about a superindent position. There wasn't anything available right away but the guy said he will find one for him by spring. Jay also leaves this Wed. for his last trip out to Vegas for the superindent schooling. He'll be graduating while out there.
Guess I should update, it's been a long time. Not that anything new has been happening. Just still busy with the kids school and all that. I am amazed at how far Luke has come since he started. He is doing so well. Michelle is losing teeth faster than the tooth fairy can find money! lol My dad has been voted (unanimously)in as a pastor of a church in Glassboro. It is a nice place, small. Jay and I visited a few weeks in Jan. I missed hearing my dad preach.
Well Jay was able to get a job for 2 weeks. He started it yesterday. We're not sure what will happen when 2 weeks is up, but he has said there are like 3 other companies there so maybe he can get a job with them.
Jason got laid off this past Friday and things are not looking good. He's called tons of people but no one seems to be either hiring right now or calling him back. I do not know what to do. He's surprised himself that there aren't any immediate jobs open. Which worries me even more. I've been praying like a mad person. Please also pray that something comes up. Unemployment has this waiting week thing and when he does sign up for it, we won't receive anything for almost a month. Which, when it does come, won't be barely anything. So if anyone knows of an opening for a union carpenter, please call us. It has to be a union company. OR, if you know of any side work that needs to be done, call him about that too.
